Liberty Edward Jones office of Kyle Walley.
Historic buildings are always fun to finish. Mixing antiquity with new seems to be the norm except with this building. It was designed around preserving the floors and the walls to their correct circa as well as finishing the back office wall that accompanied high windows to share the light from the back office.
At the start of this project the walls showed many stress cracks and plaster deterioration from decades of settling. To make this project Distinctive, cracks were filled with shrink free compounds and many of the imperfections were left to be covered in paint. This preserved the building to the correct period and gave the finished interior a clean and updated but also very vintage look.
